The articles I read about capping the med costs at $2,000 only applied to 10 medications the first year, 15 medications the second, ETC.. AARP had a good explanation a few months back, but sure hope that Vyndamax will soon be covered.

Annual cost is high in 2023 but capped at $2,000 for all RX including deductible in 2024. For 2023 you must 1stb pay your $515 deductible. Once you reach your "donut hole" out-of-pocket your of ??$4000++, your monthly cost im not sure what your additional
cost will be but probably $3300 per 30-day supply. When you reach your catastrophic level of out-of-pocket drug expenditures (about $7,100), your cost per 30-day supply is $1,025 (2022) per Medicare Part D.

I’m not sure about total annual cost using your numbers. Can yo sum the total up?

Vyndamax drug is covered under Medicare Part D drug plans. In 2022. $7,050 total-out-of-pocket must be met for Catastrophic Coverage to kick-in. Then the cost
of the Vyndamax 61mg per day for a 30-day supply will be $1,025 per month. The Catastrophic amount is inclusive of the annual copay of $485 this year. Next year it is $505. In 2025, Medicare maximum drug out-of-pocket is $2000.
