I have bee on OnPattro Patisiran for almost a year or more and I have hardly noticed any side effects. And because of the insurance business I was off my infusions for about 3 months. That was hard because in some ways it seems like I was starting from scratch! The stabbing pain in my left leg came back and I thought it had completely stopped.

I am starting Patisiran (Onpattro) infusions in May.

I hope that you can start the Onpattro soon. Are you on the Vyndamax? My husband continues on both. If you are starting the Onpattro I want you to know that my husband's worse reaction was not to the Onpattro itself, but to the premeds, particularly the antihistimine. He ended up in the hospital with very low pressure, dry heaves, great difficulty staying awake and very diminished balance and loss of mobility. After the antihistamine was eliminated from the pre-med cocktail and the infusion flow was slowed he has done well each time. Maybe 2- 3 days post, he has weakness and lethargy, but that passes within 12-24 hrs.
