Info On Pfizer's Patient Support
A MyAmyloidosisTeam Member asked a question 💭

Does anyone that is on Vyndamax have the support of Pfizer's patient help plan for help in handling the costs of the medicine? I was approved by Medicare and Tricare but the co-pay is still outrageous and unattainable ($2860 for 30pill/30days.)

If your income is less than 3X Federal Poverty Level you can apply via Vyndalink website for Patient Assistance Program. Poverty Level for a single person household in 2023 was about $14,580. So $43,740 would be your 3x Poverty Level ceiling. If you have a 2 person household then it is 3x $19,720.

Hi Beverly!
Your primary amyloidosis team lead should be able to shepherd your way through the Pfizer paperwork and submittal.
Best of luck and keep your chin up!

My amyloidosis specialist and the hospital’s special pharmacy acted as my advocates. I received my Vyndamax within a week with two phone calls.

I agree Beverley with all the previous answers . New enrollment is started for 2024. You should call your DR and get an advocate to help you with the paperwork. Also call Vyndalink and get the patient advisor called Amy. Remember to be tenacious , keep in touch with them , don’t give up!
Hope we have helped you! Best of luck!
