James, I live in Quebec, Canada and I take Vyndamax ( Tafamidis). I find it very difficult to answer you about the price of Tafamidis in Canada. ( Prices are different in each province.) I googled a few questions and got as many answers. For my part I pay nothing for Vyndamax, and because I take it, all my other drugs are also without charge. And I take a lot being heart transplanted. Tafamidis is an exceptional drug here, so it must be approved for each patient by the RAMQ, our provincial health care system. I don’t know how much Pfizer charge to the RAMQ for that drug but I know that my co-pay is also covered. And the maximum of co-pay I normally should pay each month is 100 $. After that amount of 100 $ is reached, all my other prescription drugs are also free of charge, without any deductible or co-pay…

I'm on 80 MLS of Vyndaqel daily, I took a extended medical plan when I retired so am fortunate to be fully covered, at 140 a month for coverage it was certainly worth it. We never know what life throws at us , all the best . Gary Young 🙏

Hello James. I live in Ontario Canada and am on Vyndaqel and it is covered by a insurance plan I took out from the union I worked with. The cost is 500 dollars a day , if I never had this coverage there is also a public provincial government fund that would provide the money, I believe ever province in Canada has this in place to fund medical conditions that cannot be afforded by the majority of us.Hope things work out for you ☮️

Thanks everyone! Fingers crossed🤞. Paperwork submitted.lets see.. supposedly the retail price is $225,000 a year. In Canada it is 1/3 that. Any idea why?
