My heart issues started with atrial fibrillation. I had multiple bouts over 18 months before my recent cardiac amyloidosis diagnosis. I was a big diet coke drinker. I found that any caffeine could trigger my Afib episodes, so I totally cut it out. Daniel3

I have not noticed any difference when I have caffeine and when I do not.

No effect on me.

I have had wild type amyloidosis for almost 5 years. I drink copious amounts of regular Coke and cups of coffee in the morning. It does not seem to affect me in any way at all
