Some days I can walk 1.5 miles with no problem; other days get short of breath walking 50 feet

I, too, have gone back to my walker. Thought I was good with a cane but unsteady recently. Have had two knee replacements and scared to fall again. Have to be positive??

Yes, I am noticing more issues with shortness of breath and weakness. If my husband ate going out for any reason I usually take my walker. I have fallen too many times without it.

Yes. It has changed my activities significantly. Iā€™m finding that I can still go, but I have to limit my walking distance.
