Most of the time it’s to overwhelming to add comments or answers to questions and concerns.
It’s then important to overcome the temptation to be silent. We must not use the illness for an excuse.

My body complains persistantly like many with this affliction. But neither the devil nor his diseases can steal my or your spirit.

I stay as acive as active as I can. Vegetable garden, young dog, church...I nap a lot...move painfully and slowly yet resolutly.
I choose joy no matter what.
I choose life through The Christ.

It has definitely hit my energy. I seem to feel tired most of the time. My blood pressure usually on the low side. Not too low, though. I try to stay active but my balance is not good.
