I have AL also. Been on monthly program for 10 months. My vision has decreased somewhat over this time but not to the extent of problem with distance driving. Using drug store glasses for any extensive reading

Depth perception is indeed both a walking and driving problem

I don't know if it's my new glasses prescription or amyloidosis. I've been blind in my left eye for several decades. It seems that in the past year or more, my depth perception has diminished. I have an upcoming appointment with my ophthalmologist. I will see if he can shed any light on the situation.

Wild type 4 years. My right eye is useless now. I have had 4 operations, and no change in vision. Amyloid fibers in the eye.
