Hi John! Hope you are feeling better!
An interesting couple of questions being asked, it would be very expensive as a preventative measure. In my case I have symptoms of the wild variety without any of the heart. However, the echogram shows a valve malfunction. With a positive diagnosis I have been on Tafamidis for a month. The second question is the one we all await and that is the news that a drug, that is a cure, has been approved. Sadly not yet.
