Fatigue is a common symptom of hATTR amyloidosis that can make daily activities challenging. While FDA-approved therapies like Vyndamax can help slow disease progression and ease symptoms, everyone's experience with treatment may differ.

Here are some tips for managing fatigue while on treatment:
• Take breaks and pace yourself throughout the day
• Try sitting instead of standing for certain activities
• Stay hydrated and maintain proper nutrition
• Take short 10-30 minute naps when needed
• Set realistic daily task goals based on your energy levels If you're experiencing significant fatigue while on Vyndamax, it's important to discuss this with your healthcare provider. They can:
• Evaluate if your medication dosage needs adjustment
• Check for other potential causes of fatigue
• Consider additional treatment options
• Provide strategies for energy conservation
• Discuss whether talk therapy might help manage fatigue

Remember that treating fatigue often requires addressing multiple factors, not just medication alone.
