I am taking Attruby and experience several of the 5-10 side effects but the possible side effects which are not major and could be caused by other medications or Amy itself. Very difficult to say what causes each condition. However diarrhea side effect I believe are mostly if not all from me taking Attruby. My risk/reward analysis tells me to keep trying Attruby because it may, in fact, be helping my most troublesome heart symptoms. Short story is I do not feel Vyndamax (14 months) helped me at all but Attruby (8 months) does help me somewhat. Good luck with your journey.

I took Attruby for 5 1/2 months. Horrible for me. Killed my taste for food,killed my appetite, was going to Restromm all day having 10-12 B.M. (TMI) ,bad abdominal cramping and I lost 11 pounds since starting ATTRUBY. Cardiologist switched me to Vyndamax. Appetite and taste 100% better,B M.Scut in half. Little abdominal cramping and I've gained 4 pounds back. All in 6 weeks. Other folks might do well on Attruby, but Morgan Freeman, I Love you but for me, Attruby sucked. Bob,R.N.

Have you experienced any problems taking Attruby (acoramidis)?

Attruby is generally well-tolerated, but like any medication, it can cause side effects. The most common side effects reported include:

* Diarrhea
* Mild stomach pain

These are typically manageable and don't cause most people to stop treatment. Rare side effects may include temporary changes in kidney function. These usually resolve either with continued treatment or if the medication is discontinued.

Serious allergic reactions are rare but require immediate medical attention. Get help right away if you experience:

* Trouble swallowing
* Hives or itchy skin rashes
* Tightness in your chest
* Fast heartbeat

It's important to discuss any side effects you're experiencing with your healthcare provider. They can help determine if adjustments are needed or if the benefits of continuing treatment outweigh any discomfort you're experiencing.
