How are the symptoms of shortness of breath of breath being treated with wtATTR-CM?

TEXAS, TX

I have wild type amyloidosis effecting the heart. Was diagnosed in September 2025, started Vyndamax November 2025. I am very limited in my activity because of shortness of breath. I give examples of how many linear feet I can walk before I’m short of breath - 15 to 20. Or going from a sitting position to a standing position I’m out of breath. I’m not receiving any treatment as such for this shortness of breath. What can I do about it. Obviously it’s very limiting on activities.
