I have h-attr Amyloidosis w/CM and PN. I too have spinal stenosis probably due to the damages caused by the peripheral neuropathy.

Yes. Stenosis was, looking back, an early sign of AL. One of a few I foolishly ignored. It was a serious problem for a while. PT was helpful.

Interestingly, In January I just developed/was diagnosed with spinal stenosis. I was diagnosed with AL-Amy in October 2021. I have been in daily, terrible neck pain this year.

I have AL amyloidosis and I do have spincal stenosis as well.
