I’m taking both. So far, so far.

I have also been on both for over a year. For the first six months I still felt I was progressively declining, but since I have felt that things have stabilized. Insurance has covered both so far. I see my cardiac specialist again next month, so we'll see. I'm hoping for another thoracic echo for comparison.

I have been on Vandy for 4 years. one year on Ammuvuta.
I do not see any change.
Both of mine are covered by insurance.

My husband is on both. He is stable.

Hi David, I have been on Vyndamax for over 5 years and on Amvuttra for about 3 years. I can't tell how much of an affect they are having -- that is, in terms of dissolving or slowing the Amyloidosis. I was on OnPattro infusions for about 18 months before I was switched to Amvuttra. And I think I was doing better with the OnPattro but I think the doctors know best. I will keep you posted if things change.
