Galparrott I have seen you mention that you have wild type TTR. Tegsedi is designed to stop the progression of the polyneuropathy associated with hATTR. I do know several patients that are now on both drugs due to having neuropathy and cardiac symptoms.

I am on a trial for TEGSEDI® (inotersen) - and seems to be working - there are several other companies working on new drugs that look very promisning including the Crisper gene research
