Is this medication covered by medicare? How about by medical covetage. I need to know about how costly out of pocket costs may be.

Depends on what you have in addition to to Medicare. Like some I have BCBS Advantage and they pretty much paid for the treatments until I entered the donut hole and then we received bills in the neighborhood of $1800 per chemo session. Then I got a grant that paid those charges until I got out of the donut hole and BCBS shield started paying again.
Search Web for a site that has a list of grants by disease and you will save time. My wife has MS and we found grants available by disease and if she remembers the site I will add another post.
Below are couple of sites
https://www.panfoundation.org/find-disease-fund/
https://www.healthwellfoundation.org/disease-fu...
It is important to check these sites daily as funds come and go.
Hope this helps.
