Maybe get a colonoscopy & endoscopy and have them specifically biopsy for amyloid. It might be in your GI Tract. I lost 53 lbs. that’s what happened with me,

You should see a doctor about it. Weight loss can be due to many things. I wouldn't assume it's from the amyloidosis.. My appetite has been fine, and have experienced no weight loss. I was diagnosed about 2 years ago and have taken Vyndamax for about a year.

Hello Takashi, weight loss appears to be a symptom of this illness. My loss was about 40 lbs. along with poor appetite. After 8 months of medication and Vyndamax i am regaining appetite and some weight. Wishing you all the best!
