I get shortness of breath going up and down stairs. I also get angina if I walk to fast. Im active and work out four days a week. Keeping active helps but I have noticed the change since I was diagnosed. Im on Vyndaquel 80mg so I am hoping to slow the progression.

I understand sir.
Doctors found a strange relationship between my amyloidosis in my kidneys and gathering water in my chest cavity. I was diagnosed with pleural effusion. The effusion had given me shortness of breath. Two days ago a chest lung doctor performed on me a thoracocentesis. Almost 1/2 gallon of pleural liquid was taken out. It helped me and saved my life. Now the hematology doctor has to adjust my meds for the amyloid to save my kidneys.

Keeping up my garden is harder and harder almost by the day. Simple tasks have become challenging tasks.
Frustrating. But I keep pushing trying to stay in as good a shape as I can. I can only sit so long...so at lesst putter at things. So dizzy and off ballance walking alone is a challenge. Pulling a garden wagon or water hose with aching muscles is all the more challenging. But I know I would sink all the faster if I just did nothing.
Gotta do something every day. I thank God my mind is still sharp even if my memory doesn't cooperate.
But through all of above I am always joyful in The Lord because I know where I am headed.
Attached picture is of a 25 foot tall cross I built and installed on my house onba hill 20 yearsxago. Just cam across the picture a couple daysxago.
God bless you all.
