Thanks John. That's good news. I went from 155 pounds and strong to 135 and weak! Good to know I have a shot at getting some of it back, and not being so weak!

Hi Walt, I lost all of my extra weight then I leveled off. I stayed at that weight for about a year. Then I increased my calorie intake. I put on 10 lbs. over a 2 -year period. Some of it was muscle as I was eating more protein as in red meat and fish. I felt better and am definitely stronger and can handle chores better than before I put the weight back on.
