My Medical team at University of Pennsylvania Hospital are doing that Intellia Therapeutics clinical trial

I was asked to consider the Magnitude trial but was a little nervous about this one due to gene editing. It was very much a personal decision, I declined. But this isn’t meant to discourage others.

Intellia Therapeutics CRISPR gene editing. It is a once & done silencer therapy that stops the liver's production of TTR.

What is NTLA-2001? is that a Stabilizer or Silencer medication, or something else?
