To your knowledge, because I recall the research is done in your area in PA, so you obviously have your "ear to the pavement " so to speak, depending on our stages of the disease, with this treatment does it potentially halt your symptoms or would/could they subside?

Nex-Z is a one time gene editing trestment that "silences" (stops production) most of the liver's production of TTR. It is from Intellia Therapeutics. It has resulted in a 90% reduction in TTR. That was sustained at 1 year out and even 2 years out from the one time infusion.
