Food for thought....I am on VYNDAMAX, I am going to see the heart Dr. In October and I will ask him about any other meds I can take. I have WT ATTRCM stage 2 as told stage 2 is 44 months to live. Average life span after being diagnosed is 7.5 years. I am not ready to give up this life, just wish it were a better life. I always have a lot of question for my Dr. I read everything I can about this death sentence that we have. I try to be I formed.

Great question to ask all of the doctors who have funding or had funding for studies from Pfizer. There is a clear bias in favor of Vyndamax. The claim is that "they don't know which has greater efficacy". The cardiologists base it on the current lack of any Attruby vs Vyndamax one-on-one direct comparison.

Hi All, I was on Vyndaqel and switched to Attruby on 01/01/2026, I am also on Amvuttra and am due for my second shot next week. I just received orders for labs so should have some clinical ideas in a few weeks. I have ATTR-CM and have no noticeable side effects from the meds. My main complaints are shortness of breath and increased arthritis pain. I’m 85 and still cranking along.😋

Have been taking attruby since January. I knew it was a new medicine approved last year. Was told it probably would show some improvement in Amyloidosis problems. After 8 months, I am not having nerve shocks and numbness seems to be improving.

On Attruby, going to add Amvuttra in coming months.
Going forward taking both
