Shirley idiopathic peripheral neuropathy which is what you're feeling in your feet is a sign of ATTR-PN you need to see a neurologist that understands the correlation. Are you close to a amyloidosis clinic where they can check this out. My neurologist is ordering a DNA peripheral Gene test for 111 diseases that might be something to get done also if your insurance will pay for it. I have suffered from all of these conditions since 2008 and it's just idiopathic peripheral neuropathy. The purple toes is probably same thing I get my hands and occasionally in my feet it's Raynaud's syndrome which has to do more with the vascular system.

Shirley I’m praying for you ..looks like you received some good advice. I just started back pain, neck and jaws too.. I was running through the house each day no pain 6,000 steps but I had to start doing a little at a time. It came on so quick I don’t see my new oncologist until September. Therefore I’ll just continue to move as I can. I have light chain amyloids diagnosed in Aug 2022.
Completed a stem cell transplant in July 2024. I felt much better before the transplant. They say my multiple myeloma is in remission and my amyloids are in my heart and digestive system and are not growing. Praise Jesus I’m still here. But ready to meet my Savior when He calls me home.
I’m thinking with this new pain it may have gotten into my nervous system. I’m Blessed to be at MDA in Houston Texas where I live.
They gave me tons of test and ruled out the amyloids have not moved anywhere else.
Thinking maybe I just over did it and strained my back. My doctors said push myself.. I have shortness of breath …

From a t t r c m are corporal tunnel syndrome. Several of the people on our team have also had carpal tunnel syndrome but have been relieved of the pain with surgery. I went to a hand surgeon about a week or 2 ago, and he said there was nothing they could do for me. However, if this is the worst pain that I wilI have then I can live with it. My doctor has told me that my heart wall has thickened and my heart does not relax meaning that it cannot pump as much blood as before. However , I have not had shortness of breath so far. It's important to keep a good attitude and prayer always helps.
