I have Al amyloidosis without definitive proof of cardiac issues could I take one of the cardiac drugs prophylactically?

There are no specific cardiac drugs that prevent AL amyloid from impacting the heart. The current treatments for AL are designed to "shut down the amyloid factory" and hopefully prevent any additional amyloid deposition and damage. Is there a specific drug that you had in mind? I am wondering if you are thinking about the cardiac drugs for hereditary and wild type amyloidosis which have no application in AL amyloidosis.
