I use a Doctor Ho Pain therapy promoter , this uses electrical pulses to stimulate your calf muscles . Your calf muscles are know as your 2nd heart as they are involved in the return of oxygen depleted blood via the veins. Have your magnesium.and potassium levels checked. Both of those can cause leg cramps. Are you possibly dehydrated? That can also cause cramps. Some patients find relief using magnesium spray that can be purchased at drug stores, Walmart, Amazon, etc. Other home remedies can also include drinking some pickle juice, but be mindful it is full of sodium, a spoonful of yellow mustard, drinking some tonic water. All of the above have been proven to be helpful for leg cramps, but always consult with your doctor to make sure you dont have something else going on.

We were told to not over drink. Only drink when thirsty because that could also be a contributing factors. 1/2 of what he drinks when thirsty is Propel Water. Good Luck
