James I think you need to speak with a social worker. If you’re on Medicare you can get extra help through Medicaid. You should be able to afford chemo that way. The chemo would help with pain and gabapentin works for my neuropathy.

I was told with wild amyloidosis & Afib. It was not advisable to use. Thank you for your advise Tony.

Gabapentin does help me but it’s limited. My dose in 1800mg a day. I could double the dose to see if that helps anymore, just hate dumping all these medications in my system. I may have no choice ultimately
