i’m going to ask my Oncologist at my next appointment. My neck pain is just overwhelming and I don’t want to keep taking Tylenol , etc. every day.

No Ann, I haven’t tried it but you must have read my mind. I’ve wonder the exact same thing . My primary care Dr had prescribed Gabapentin for my nerve pain, but I never used it ( I’ve always been reluctant to take certain meds). Presently I obtain adequate relief with diclofenac. Even though I’ve wondered about cannabis, I’ve never used it for nerve pain. hmm 🤔 maybe it’s time to ask my cardiologist for his opinion , after all, marijuana is nothing to laugh about

I do know of quite a few who do. I have not heard of any issues from them, but as always check with your doctor.

Also a question of mine, also going to ask and see what I can find out. I'll report back here if I do get an answer. From what I've read online, MJ can actually inhibit amyloid deposits and has neuroprotective effects that can lessen the effects of amy. OTOH, I also read that MJ can *shorten* remissions. But most of the actual studies are looking at beta-amyloid plaques in Alzheimers, so these might not be pertinent to amyloidosis. So there are more questions to ask about this. I do think MJ is vastly under-utilized in the medical community.
