I have wild type ATTR. I am taking Vyndamax and Amvuttra.i also take Jardiance and a diuretic.
I believe that Entresto helped my heart tremendously.. my ejection fraction was 20-25....with Entresto, I feel a lot better and now about 1 year after starting it my ejection fraction is 40-45.. however when I first started Entresto..they also started me on spironolactone a diruetic...which gave me kidney failure. Didn't know which drug it was...so I had to go off everything for a month then started one thing at a time.
Thank You! I feel the same..
I was about to fill my script for Entresto and after substantial research elected to not fill it. A few months later, learn more that confirmed that i made the right decision for me. Apparently it does something of benefit for many people. I trust my provider but investigate each new med thoroughly and occasionally reach a different conclusion. As Regan said trust but verify.
