I had a cardiac ablation in December, 2025 after having AFIB 4 times in a 6-month stretch. When I have had AFIB issues they are significant events (165+bpm) unlike some of my friends who sometimes don't realize they are in AFIB. I haven't had any AFIB issues since the ablation, I am really glad I had the ablation.

I have wild type amyloidosis and was diagnosed in March 2024. I feel very fortunate that my amyloidosis was found in what we believe was the early stage.
