Find a hematologist and say hey can you test my light chains for amyloidosis

I have symptoms of amyloidosis such as enlarged tongue and lumps under my skin, but no one is connecting the dots. How do I bring up the subject to my doctor, right now the tongue issue is bothering me more than anything else.

Some neuropathy of the hands, feet and joints has begun happening. Not 100 percent sure the Amyloidosis is causal but never had it before. Did have Carpal Tunnel surgery 10 years ago but unaware of AMY at that time.
