Yes and I used to do the 24 hour collection .. Now just the random and into the small bottle .. Even though in full remission now as they say for 13 years . I still have the occasional days when urine is a little frothy . never monitored what I was eating just before but it wold be a good idea . Also The full blood tests show the negative no light chains . The kidneys did have the amyloid in them but the treatment at the tine stopped the progression and the graph shown they have virtually stayed the same after the treatment . A little up and down but consistent . Yes a marker and ask your doctor .. The kidney biopsy found my amyloid and then the tests for type and AL and also in the heart . I get my next results tomorrow ad after 2 months overseas with a diet nothing like at home we shall see if there is any difference .. I feel great so we see.
