Spoke to the NAC and was told that i can only be on one drug trial at a time and can not have PRX004 or EGCG in parallel, although they work differently, appreciate that trials are important. Paul

NNC6019-0001 is the other name of the drug. Novo Nordisk acquired the drug trials from Prothena. They now own the rights to the drug which may only be in Phase 2, not Phase 3. I'm not 100% certain as to the progress with the clinical trials. The availability of the drug could be 3-4 years out from now.

Prothena Biosciences Limited is the source of the PRX004 drug trials.

The new class of Amyloidosis drugs called depleter or disruptor drugs can remove fibrils. PRX004 is one such drug currently in clinical trials Phase 3. Green tea extract (EGCG) is also a disruptor in addition to being a protein stabilizer.
