The following announcement came today (3/29/25) via ARC (Amyloidosis Research Consortium):
"The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has approved Alnylam’s AMVUTTRA™ (vutrisiran) for the treatment of patients with transthyretin amyloid cardiomyopathy (ATTR-CM).

The FDA’s approval of AMVUTTRA provides a new type of treatment for ATTR-CM. The treatment has already delivered beneficial results for those living with ATTR-PN (polyneuropathy)."

They also run a monthly webinar, the next being in April. The March 19th one is recorded and available to watch. This one was run by a psychologist and dwelt on mood and emotions related to amyloidosis diagnosis.
