ONE: KNOW God...good church and Christian wife and friends.
TWO: Stay active as possible...push the envelope a bit. I still try to keep a veggie garden going.
THREE: Dog. Example to follow: Real love...eager to live...shares in everything with enthusiasm ALWAYS upbeat.
Every day: 1-2-3
Every day
1.1 Talk with God (prayer)
PS
KNOW ya is gotta loneπŸ˜‰
AND somewhere someone is worse off than youπŸ˜‰

LIFE is a journy...starts here...remains here briefly...then goes on into eternity when ya leave here.
Knowing where I will be eventually keeps me cheerful MOST of the time.

God bless

I play bowls twice a week and walk a modest amount daily. Don't look back, you can't change the past, be positive about everything going forward in your life.
