I have no idea what 11:14 translocation means. I had a recent bone marrow biopsy which led my dr to prescribe the drug.

Have you been tested to see if you have the 11:14 translocation that would qualify you to take Venetoclax? I know a lot of patients who responded very well to this drug and their numbers dropped quickly. Talk to your doctor and ask specifically about the response rates.
