Al amyloidosis diagnosed 3 years ago. Successful Treatments (Chemo and Immunotherapy) completed with Amyloid production within normal limits 1 year ago. New symptoms now
1. Increase in “hot flashes”
2. Increase in incidents of low blood pressure. Dec 15th included vomiting.

My doctor doesn’t want to take me off chemo. He said it not a matter of will it come back but when. I’ve been on maintenance since October 2022. VELCADE every other week and darzalex once a month
I know. I had abnormal blood work couple of months ago but it’s been stable since. Maybe your treatment or meds just need adjusting. You’re right. Better safe than sorry. Keep us updated!
