Don't forget the will to live. I have seen many friends and colleagues lose it and their survival has been minimal. Mind over matter is very real and often confounds the medical opinion.
When I was first diagnosed, the expected life was up to four years. With the Vyndamax introduction, the expected life span became a minimum of seven years. Now we have new drugs coming soon to expand the life years so the folding of the protein will be decreased/eliminated. So, we are at a cusp of a cure? What more can we ask?
Yes personal attitude is the most important part of survival. My doctor says I have healed part of my heart ♥️. This has been showed on two echocardiograms.
