Fruits n vegetables. High fiber foods definitely, which both of these have. Not as much animal protein. Eat a variety of multi colored foods, of course reducing fried foods, sweets too a minimum.

I probably spend literally $30+ month in nuts. Brain and HEART ❤️ HEALTH. Almond butter supposedly has good reviews if you have polyneuropathy, as I do. That's in my diet as well as.

Avoid processed food, ie lots of packaged foods, heavily spicy stuff, my worst cause I'm a big drinker, liquids. Obviously less alcoholic beverages, drugs. Those things if you're doing them, cut them in half or cut out completely!

Important for building and repairing muscles:
* Chicken and turkey
* Lean cuts of beef or pork

The Mediterranean diet is often recommended since it focuses on these healthy foods and supports heart health, which is especially important for people with AL or ATTR amyloidosis.

Your specific needs may vary based on complications, so talk with your doctor or a registered dietitian for personalized guidance.
