I will have my fourth in a few weeks. I also do Vandymax. I do not think I am more fatigued. I am 83 and can walk level over 30 min.

After 3 sessions of Amvuttra I have been feeling much better. I am not experiencing the fatigue I was having previously. Should I be feeling lucky?
Keeping my fingers crossed.

Are you experiencing increased fatigue after your fourth Amvuttra dose while also taking Vyndamax?

Fatigue can have multiple causes when you're managing wild-type ATTR-CM amyloidosis. While Amvuttra itself isn't commonly associated with causing significant fatigue, it's important to consider other factors that might be contributing.

Some medications can increase tiredness, including certain blood pressure medications like beta-blockers, which are sometimes used alongside amyloidosis treatments. If you're taking any additional medications for heart-related symptoms, they could be playing a role.

Heart failure associated with ATTR-CM can also cause fatigue on its own, as your body's cells may not be getting enough oxygen. Additionally, anemia (low iron levels) is common in people with chronic heart failure and can lead to increased tiredness, pale skin, dizziness, or shortness of breath.

Since you're managing your condition with both Amvuttra and Vyndamax, it's worth discussing this new fatigue with your doctor. They can check for anemia, review all your medications for potential side effects, and assess whether your heart function has changed. They may be able to adjust doses or suggest ways to help manage your energy levels.
