85 is great. The scientists working so hard like they have in the past 6 years may develope a cure and i make it to 85. They have accomplisheda great deal in a short time so there's hope.
Hi I’m Gary Marsden and I currently am on both Amvuttra and Attruby (acoramidis)). Amvuttra is by injection every 3 months, and Attruby 320mg.2 caps twice daily. I believe I’m in the later stages as my breathing problems began inn 2017 but I wasn’t diagnosed until 2024 with ATTR-CM. Began taking Vyndaqel in January 2025 and switched to ATTruby in January 2026. The Amvuttra began on October 31 2025 and am due for my 3rd. Injection at the end of April. All in all I think I’m doing quite well. I do get shortness of breath these days and my Arthritis flares up often, don’t know if that might be due to the condition , or maybe a side-effect of the meds, but I am 85 years old and there’s that, eh!
Gary
