My dad has already been on AMVUTTRA and had two serious adverse reaction 5 days apart after injection . He's not on any medication now but going back to see what other options there is
I’m on Amvuttra but no loss of appetite (I wish!). Only had one injection so far. Will get second one in a couple of weeks.
There is a current trial underway to determine just that, HELIOS-B (NCT04153149) , but results not anticipated until 2024.
I haven't got any good news . Since having this drug my dad hasn't been the same . We are now off AMVUTTRA . X
After being on Onpattro for 6 months (with great improvement) I was switched to Amvuttra. I received the first shot in December 2022 and scheduled for next one on March 22, 2023. I have noticed a huge decline similar to my pre Onpattro
days. I think I should switch back to Onpattro and will discuss with my doctor on Thursday....6 days before next shot. Can I get feedback? Anyone relate?

I had cataract surgery and now can't see from my right eye,(only right eye done so far. Four surgeries later and no help.
No problems here - except usual old age reading difficulty needing a pair of inexpensive glasses off the shelf.

After 3 years being diagnosed with ATTR-CM I am on the same basic treatment with few symptoms. BUT, my Cardiologist has no experience with Amylodosis and I cannot help thinking we should at least compare to the original diagnosis and maybe need to concentrate on gene silencers.
