I am in a lot of pain today. My fingers on both hands areswollen and hurt to bend them. Plus i caught my hand on the doirway and my rollator and tore a big areaon the back of my right hand rolled the skin right back. Hurts to touch. And for some reason I have not been able to GO. I will increase my senna pill tonight. And hope it works in 5he morning but not too early ha ha.
Hope everyone is having a better day than me. The heat and humidity make it hard to breath.
