See your neurologist. Get a Nerve & Muscle conduction test! My results were abnormal and attributable to Amyloidosis.

So far I’ve had no issues with Vyndamax it’s some of the other medications I’ve taken that had given me bad side affects.
on vyndamax since 23 i have manageable symptoms neoropathy in arms and shoulders unsteady balance. tired often red eyes . dont kniow what stage i am in . often out of breath. but i am 89 and very bad at computer working hope everyone has a good day
I don’t know if the Mayo staging applies to wt. I’m in stage 2 of AL. My BNP enzyme is high but my troponin is normal.
I think the only way to really understand how much Tafamidis works is by comparing the heath thickness before and after, at least 1 year of therapy. Has anyone got this information?
Sheldon, is the Acoramidis also manufactured by the same company as Tafamidis and Patisiran?
